Founded by Oscar Hernandez, Oscia Productions Inc. is a full-service production company specializing in live events, theatrical experiences, award shows, concerts, red carpets, and culturally significant programs.
From the earliest creative concept through the final cue, Oscia brings production leadership, creative direction, technical execution, talent coordination, and show flow together under one experienced team.
Our work is audience-centered, culturally conscious, and grounded in the belief that every artist, story, and production deserves to be presented with excellence, dignity, and purpose.

Oscia Theatre Awards
The production engine of House of Oscia, delivering production leadership, creative direction, technical coordination, talent management, and show flow for live events, theatre, award shows, concerts, red carpets, and culturally significant experiences.
Oscia Artistic Development
An independent theatre-recognition program created to honor artists and productions with integrity, dignity, and professional excellence.
The Oscia Theatre Awards will launch in Atlanta in August 2027 and Los Angeles in 2028.
The education and creative-workforce development arm of House of Oscia, expanding access to training, mentorship, practical experience, and professional opportunity for emerging artists ages 14-19 and production professionals.
